This place is very unpleasant, unprofessional, rude and insensitive to their customers. Doctors are more concerned and focused on their own liability than their patients. I strongly advise against choosing Urology Specialists of Nevada due to their lack of professionalism and mismanagement. Reaching their office is nearly impossible, especially on Fridays. On January 3, 2025, I called 60 times (I had reached a point of desperation) to notify them I was too ill to undergo surgery scheduled for the following Monday. I was referred here by my doctor and the fact that he they NEVER answered the phone to schedule an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. After reading the reviews I decided to instead schedule with a different urologist one that has staff that answers the phones and has great reviews.
