I went there for a appointment and they told me. I owe $200. And they told me if I didn't pay, I have to leave. I left and called billing they said that was the old bill that's been paid.The ladys got rude with me and told me.She canceled my appointment.This place is unreal.Those ladies that sit at the front desk.I think it's prejudice.They sit there like they don't like they job.They are not friendly if someone needs to do something about this is was in pain when I left I was bleeding I have to go somewhere else for help no... read more

I got a referral to this business and I waited and waited for someone to answer and then after asking me some questions put me on hold and after 8 minutes I hung up. Who wants to do business for someone like that?

I was sceptical about all the bad reviews but no, they're well deserved. I was referred here a week ago. Didn't hear anything from them. I called and called and called and eventually got through. They told me that they were actually closed for lunch. So I call again later to try and make an appointment. They tell me that they don't accept my insurance, which is anthem. That's a major insurance company! And that's why they never even bothered letting me know when they received my referral.

Made an appointment a month in advance, gave my insurance info. Then got a call one day before my appointment to be told that they don’t accept my insurance. They need to get it together. Unbelievable! Thanks for wasting my time!
