Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I took my charge (an elderly private duty client) for her appointment. She is approaching 80 years old, but sharp as a tack. The doctor treated her like she were an utter imbecile, and actually told her what her complaint was SUPPOSED to be. She kept protesting that he wasn't listening, but he continued to argue with her. Very unprofessional and argumentative. She said she didn't want to ever go back, and I don't blame her.
