Started out good BUT don’t owe them money! They will schedule you an appointment and then in the middle of it cancel it and not let you see the doctor!!! But still take your $75 co pay and not refund it because they cancelled your appointment!! The front desk was rude! Then the lady that came from the back absolutely horrible patient service!! I have been going to urology specialists of georgia for 14 months. The results have been worthless with UTIs continuing even after getting a TURP operation by Dr Casey. The nurses have gotten test results reported wrongly. I would not recommend this office. Richard H

The staff is very professional and friendly.... Any questions I had where answered.... I 😍 this place....
Was told to expect test results in 48 hours and so far a week has gone by without a single attempt to contact me. I have tried to contact the office, but nurse apparently doesn't check messages often and I have so far been ghosted. It's a pity, because other than poor communication, my experience with Dr. Perkel himself was pretty great!

The staff is a plus could not be more helpful as far as doctors great Geary is Tom Brady of doctors his staff muscles and I would like to say Marcus Harrell in the surgery center has so much empathy as a person and nurse dr Geary and Marcus I feel comfortable in surgery center very knowledgeable I give him a plus it does help that he loves patroits
Bad customer service. Called 4 times no one ever answers. I finally called and pressed 0 to talk with operator and she got me in touch with someone just to tell me they are to busy to accept any new patients and to call someone else. If you are going to be that bad at your job, at least put on your website your not accepting any new patients and save us all time from dealing with your bad attitudes and wasting our time.
