Extremely disappointed with my recent appointment with Dr. Nabors. For years, beginning in 2007, I regularly saw Dr. Brian Hill as my urologist in the same office as I dealt with chronic kidney stone issues. Dr. Hill was always welcoming, professional, considerate, even humorous but most importantly took the time to have me leaving every appointment with more clarity and a better understanding of whatever issues I was dealing with. If this review was only for Dr. Nabors, I would give him 5 stars, no question. He's smart, thorough and an excellent physician. His nurse is also excellent. If the review was for the office staff, I would give it a -1, so I'm averaging. The office does not return calls. With an active kidney stone (and an ER diagnosis), I was told I could not be seen for 4 days. I tried other offices where I was not a prior patient and the wait was longer. So I took the appointment. Dr. Nabors is an amazing doctor. I am shocked by the negative comments below. It sounds like most of it was front desk issues which I had no issues with as well. I found Dr. Nabors to be bright, caring and to the point (which I love). I went in on an emergency situation. He made sure I had the procedures I needed the very next day. His bedside manner was wonderful. He kept me and my family calm the entire time. He even took the time to step out of my procedure and speak with my husband to let him know the results.
