Following an urgent care visit, I needed medical help from this place. They cancelled my appointment, then wouldn't schedule another one in a timely manner despite my being in pain -- the office staff were rude and aggressive when I was in need of medical care. Antibiotics failed, chronic pain set in -- but I was told to go to an emergency room, that it wasn't their concern. This is a shamefully fun office -- the only urologist in Pittsfield. Tough luck, Pittsfield.
