Yes, the people in this office are kind, polite, and caring. All the staff makes me feel very welcomed by their friendly nature.
Waited 20 minutes past my appointment. The Doctor spent approximately 2 minutes with me and walked out with me following him down the hall asking him additional questions I had. This has been the typical experience every time. I think I’m going to have to find another provider. The providers at UH are much better at addressing your concerns.
