From settiing up the appointment to meeting Dr. Mackay, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Mackay has great bedside manners and answered all my queries. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to my friends and family.
Dr. Xavier seems nice, but he was only in the exam room 5 to 8 minutes. Checked my husband and told him he had 2 operations options and gave him a brochure. The doctor did not stop to ask if he had questions thus we left with only a brochure with questions not answered. This is the 2nd Urologist who thinks he knows it all and does not have time to answer questions. Contacting the nurse or him is almost impossible. Not sure if we want to go back to him or Dr. Ranasinghe
I was given an appointment with Dr. Pace very quickly. I had no problem filling out the new patient forms online. The office staff were friendly and wait time acceptable. Dr. Pace is pleasant and explains things well. I never felt like our visit was rushed. My procedure was scheduled for the next day at USMD. Dr. Compton was the attending physician. There were no surprises. He also took very good care of me, explaining things well. The staff at USMD were very efficient and took great care of me.
Stating with the staff at the front desk, they are great. The medical techs are very helpful and understanding. Dr. Pace is awesome.
Most of the low the reviews here are for issues at any clinic really w small staff. They're busy. They work hard! Give em a break! Call back more than once if you didn't get them. It's worth it! As for the Drs, Dr Pace did an emergency surgery on me for a stuck kidney stone. Overnight hospital stay, early morning surgery and I was feeling great a couple weeks later. Dr Abraham's is now my current Dr at UPNT and he has almost cleared me of all my 20+ stones! They're caring, professional an extremely clean. TY to everyone at ... read more
