Dr Mackay was great. The front office staff, not so much. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. I stood there waiting until someone mumbled I can help you. No one looked up at me EVER so I made a guess at who said it as none of the 3 had anyone at their station. I was asked for my dl & insurance card. When I completed my paperwork online & scanned these items front & back, I was instructed to tell the staff I completed my paperwork online if they asked me questions at check in. The staff is amazing. The doctor is incredibly wonderful. Put those two things together and you have to be the winningest patient on the planet. Chris, Jackie, Bella, and Rebecca are simple the best. You will be glad you chose Dr. Pace and his team for your care. Simply put, A+. Gold stars, literally.
I couldn't have been more impressed by Dr. Pace. I'd absolutely recommend. He has exceptional bedside manner, was easy to talk to and has a relaxing demeanor that put me and my two daughters at ease. I left the appointment feeling better than I did walking in. I felt like some weight had been lifted off my shoulders. And I couldn't have been an easy patient. Dr Mackay definitely cares about his patients. He answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. He has been treating my husband for almost two years now and truly am grateful for his care and compassion. Especially during this scary time I feel that my husband is in good hands.
