If I could give a zero star review I would. Unfortunately I became a patient of this practice (Bedford location) because Dr. McKay was called in by the hospital during an inpatient stay. I went into the office for a followup procedure. I was asked to pay 10 times more than my actual cost for the procedure, which I did. After receipt of the EOB on 10-4-25 for a 9-30-25 procedure, I am still trying to get my refund. You can not speak to anyone directly. Dr. Pace is by far the best urologist I have ever dealt with. He takes the time to explain things in normal terms and takes a genuine interest in his patients.

Communication from patient to physician is very bad! Ive tried getting a hold of my physician team in the past about medication. When you call you get some call center that says they will send over a message. Tried this twice and both time they said a message was sent. Finally drove from Desoto to Arlington to speak to the front desk in person only to be told that they never received any messages but that they should of transferred me directly to them. Dr Mackay is a good listener. He follows known & proven steps of diagnosis. Dr Mackay is highly recommended.

From settiing up the appointment to meeting Dr. Mackay, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Mackay has great bedside manners and answered all my queries. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to my friends and family.
