I do not enjoy writing negative reviews; however, my experience with this urology clinic has been horrendous and hopefully by sharing my experience things might improve or someone reading this will find better care elsewhere. I had to go to the emergency room at Adventist due to a kidney stone and found that I had an 8mm stone. Stones of this size rarely pass and need to be surgically removed. I was extremely weary having been referred here for a surgery from seeing the bad reviews. It seemed that most were about the admin side of things, but a 1-2 star rating is not good regardless. Thankfully, I can absolutely say that other than normal admin hoops to jump through that Dr. Bash is one of the best Doctors I have had. Pain was extremely minimal I would rate it somewhere between a pinprick and getting a blood draw. It didn't bother me that the assistance was female, after all I'm sure they have seen quit... read more

It's been several years since my botched procedure, but it's acting up again, it does a few times a year, so I thought I would warn others. This was not only the worse medical experience of my life but the worse customer service experience of my life. Worse than any rundown, dismissive fast food nightmare. Within a week of the procedure I was in pain and had a hematoma the size of a candy bar. I called the office and was told the doctor would be in touch. This was repeated every day for over a week. Toward the end I would ca... read more
