I went in for a cystoscopy with Dr. Furlong. I had read up on what to kind of expect from the treatment. I will say that the only drawback was it was a tad uncomfortable, and the first time I ever had it done too. On the bright side it only was for about 5 minutes and then I was allowed to drain everything that they pumped into my bladder. Pain was extremely minimal I would rate it somewhere between a pinprick and getting a blood draw. It's been several years since my botched procedure, but it's acting up again, it does a few times a year, so I thought I would warn others. This was not only the worse medical experience of my life but the worse customer service experience of my life. Worse than any rundown, dismissive fast food nightmare. Edit: Your boilerplate response is classic marketing jibberish. If you were actually interested in my feedback and improving your business, you would proactively get a hold of me, not pass the buck expecting me to reach out to you. After surgery my follow uo was 17 days. I was in horrible pain. Still am. After my followup I was told my bandage should heve been removed 24 hours that was not listed in my post op care. Dr. Kopapski was very rough and brutal in removing it while I shouted and begged him to stop i was in so much pain i wish I was able to beat the crap out of him. I can mot believe this happened like it did. They have the worzt reviews at this clinic.

My provider is great - knowledgeable and provides compassionate care. Back-of-house operations has drastically declined over the 6 or so years I've been a patient. Hold times are outrageous, on-line communications are sent out at the end of the day, so anything urgent gets a 24hr delay between updates. Maybe they are understaffed. Maybe the systems they have are inadequate. Whatever the cause it leads to crummy service. It's a shame because I really like my provider...
