The worse service ever, the front desk people are terrible. I’m waiting two weeks for them to send a prescribed that the doctor prescribed me and they continue to ignore my messages. Dr Hedges is great but the staff working for him are awful.

Under current Oregon rules it has lost its ability to be classified as an clinic it may be inside a part of a clinic area but not a actual Clinic also Under Oregon rules 2025 this may go and remove the hospital from being classified as a hospital. allredy done what was akced 3 months ago

Terrible customer service and scheduling department. I've experienced the same issues repeated by many other patients that were referred to this location. I've waited over 2 weeks for someone to even look at my doctor's referral, and they are unable to even give you an estimated timeline for when you can receive an appointment. Contact your doctor and ask to be referred to another urologist. They are unprofessional and do not treat you with respect.
I usually love OHSU. I have other specialists there that are amazing. I can't speak to having had an appointment but my referral was denied after waiting a month to hear back too (I've had bladder issues for years- getting worse..keeping me up..and I'm 27 years old). The recommendation from the doctor that denied it was to find somewhere closer or see a physical therapist. My bladder aches. I have the urge to pee and pressure. I have 1 more option I'm waiting to hear back from. Idk what I'll do if they deny me. The place tha... read more
