Due to an issue with our insurance it was going to be necessary to travel from DFW to Austin to see a pediatric urologist. We spoke with the receptionist twice to try & get an appointment scheduled. With a 6 month old preemie & a 5+ hour drive, we were asking for some help (& maybe a little compassion) to try to make this as easy as possible for our son.
