Urology of central Pennsylvania once was a place where doctors ands nurses were responsive. Today, 5/9/2022, I called at 8:15am because of a continuous issue over the weekend. I was unable to speak to a person because you can only leave a callback number. Someone did call back to whom I gave all my information. This person said she would have someone call me. UCP used to be good, but when they combined they lost all customer service skills! My husband has been waiting for 2 weeks for them to fill a prescription correctly. I have been waiting multiple days for a return call to have a procedure done. We will be switching to a different practice! You cannot talk to any people. You are directed to an answering service at all times! So sad that the doctors are part of the issue. They just don’t care.
This is a condescending office full of inconsiderate people. As a US Navy Veteran, I am appalled at the lack of consideration and compassion these people show prospective patients. I was warned about visiting a DR in the West Shore area, but thought this practice would be okay, since my catcher was a patient before his passing. However, I have made (2) visits to this office, traveling from Southern York County to the Camp Hill area in Camp Hill; on both occasions, I admit I was running a bit late due to traffic on I-83. Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor and takes the time to explain everything in an understandable manner. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how nice the nurses and office staff were at the Harrisburg location on Sir Thomas Court.
