Horrible horrible staff who were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Front desk is a nightmare, the office is scattered and disorganized and overall a terrible experience. Would absolutely suggest going somewhere else. They opened the door when my pants were down and people were right there.
Dr. Tallman is a smart , caring, skilled practitioner. Office was a little disorganized but I believe he will remedy that . Did a top notch job on my two kidney stones at Boca Regional. Do NOT use this office!!! Staff is horrible!! Charged my husband an office copay for a post op visit I explained my insurance covers post op visit at 100% they refused to refund, they were so nasty that now I wasn’t backing down they made me into a Karen!! I call the insurance in front of them and they still refused now claimed it was for the surgery, you can’t charge an office copay for surgery insurance stated that was wrong!! After an hour they finally refunded the copay. How many elderly people have they done this to!!
Despite having appontment time, expect to be in waiting room 2+ hours. Abaolultely don't expect any call backs as they use an out of country answereing service and the office doesn't seem to bother checking their messages. Took over a month to schedule a procesure thar Dr. Tallman said would be the folkowing week.
UNBURDENED BY INTEGRITY Do not allow them to hold any of your test results hostage pending another office visit. Under 45 CFR 164.524 your test results are your property. They must make them available via mail or email. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance. The day before, I received a text message, “Please confirm your appointment tomorrow by replying CONFIRM.” I did. 30 minutes later, while I’m on the treadmill at the gym, my phone rings with a “Scam Likely” ID.
