Was in the emergency room at HCA Margate for a 11mm kidney stone on 01/17 to 01/18, Dr Gupta was on call at the hospital, he never showed up, couldn’t be bothered to give any update or schedule lithotripsy so I was discharged & I wound up at the hospital again on 01/19 from the extreme pain. Dr Gupta, you should be ashamed of yourself. No wonder you have terrible google reviews. You’re a terrible doctor.
Uses AI to connect. When asked for real person it appears he has an answering service. I called 7 times to get medication and they aid they’d let soyknow. No call back. When I saw him in the office he swathe never got any of the messages. He gave me his number to message. I needed to speak with him that day. He NEVER responded. Terrible service and I agree about the staff being unfriendly.
Dr. Tallman is excellent at what he does. Been going to him now for a year. He's got a good bedside manners. Takes time with his patience I've had a couple of procedures done by him. Went great
Awful practice, made my mother wait for over 2 1/2 hours , in extreme discomfort, because they said paperwork wasn’t correct. Horrible service, can’t talk to a live person on the phone, just an AI bot. Will never come here again.
Horrible horrible staff who were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Front desk is a nightmare, the office is scattered and disorganized and overall a terrible experience. Would absolutely suggest going somewhere else. They opened the door when my pants were down and people were right there.
