UNBURDENED BY INTEGRITY Do not allow them to hold any of your test results hostage pending another office visit. Under 45 CFR 164.524 your test results are your property. They must make them available via mail or email. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance. No issue with Dr. Tallman - he's a nice enough guy and knowledgeable. I do have an issue with the way his office works. My appointment was cancelled the day of - ok, it happens. A message was left for me saying my appointment had been rescheduled for the following week around the same time. OK, not awful - I could do that. Then, I tried to call the office at the number left on voice mail. That's when the circus begins. Absolute worst Drs office i ever been to. I have a kidney infection i told the Dr Tallman i do not want doxycycline because i just tried it and it didnt work. So he proceeds to write me doxycycline script. I told him i want something else and he said he would write me another script. So my pharmacist tried calls him to tell him what meds worked for me last time and left message with the stupid call center. No response that day. I go back into office next day and hes not working.
