Dr. Shibutani was professional enough, but his disdain for obesity was quite evident in his speech and on his face. He could use work on his interaction with his patients (especially those whom he is meeting for the 1st time). I appreciate candor from Healthcare providers but not insulting behavior. I sincerely hope our future interactions are more pleasant.
All was perfect, very easy, understandable and friendly.
Nurse Heidi and the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating. Great experience! Dr. Schacter was concise,not rushing and efficient with our time together. Great bedside manner. I had a pleasant and respectful visit.
