Very positive experience with on- line ordering as well as with Customer Service. I had some product questions before putting through my on-line order. With so many companies it's only on-line chats or FAQ. I phoned and was able to speak with a very friendly, helpful "real person". I highly recommend this company, and would not hesitate if need be, ordering again.
This store has good prices but unfortunately that's the only positive thing I can say. I emailed them asking how long it usually takes for an item to be ready for pick up. An employee replied that it takes 1 day. So I placed an online order 2 days before I was planning to come, but a few later I still hadn't received an email informing me that the item was ready for pick up. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same items online instead of 1 of each. Katerina responded immediately to let me know she had rectified my order and a credit for the difference was already processed.
