Reception staff rude. They will not allow you to schedule an appointment until they have previous records from other doctors even if it’s been over 5 years since you’ve seen a doctor.
Wendy in the insurance office is AWESOME! I cannot say enough good things. She made sure all I have to worry about is getting myself better.

I am so very thankful for Dr. Moore and his team! My Grandfather was diagnosed with a kidney stone at a different hospital and was sent home to pass it. A day later the pain was miserable and he was getting worse. We called around to a urologist in Mobile and they couldn't get him in until a week later, even knowing his condition. They seem to care about money only. Also, if you refuse certain tests then the doctor will require half up front. You are just a number and only as good as your insurance. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
