Nothing but good things to say about this team of professionals. I likely would have continued to procrastinate addressing some of my medical concerns, but Dr. Tyson and his team did an excellent job earning my trust. I felt comfortable following his recommendations. Much to my surprise, my pain level was far less than expected, and my recovery from surgery was much easier than I anticipated—likely because Dr. Tyson knows what he’s doing.

I don’t have a problem with the office in Westfield, I would give them a 5 star rating! On the other hand whoever is in charge of maintaining the patient portal is the reason for the 1 star. From day 1 it hasn’t worked correctly for me. Every time I press on the view buttons it just flashes for a split second and nothing shows up. I called twice on 2 different days and was supposedly transferred to someone who handles the portal, and left my name number and problem I was having, and never heard back from anyone.

Did not care for the provider Dr Tyson. Felt he had no bedside manor or compassion. It was my husband that saw him. He wants to do a scope into his bladder with no anesthesia. A family member went to him and did the procedure with no medication and when he told him to stop the procedure he continued and the pain was terrible. So unprofessional. Never will return to that prattle
