Most rude and obnoxious staff answering the phone and scheduling appointments. There is no compassion just attitude. The physicians should vet their staff. Boston is only 2 hours away where there is professionalism...I am going to Boston from now on where you can get service!
Painful! Dr. Harris did my procedure over a year ago and I am still in pain! I'm 6'3" and 220 pounds with a high tolerance for pain and I was almost screaming multiple times during the procedure as he looked at me questioning why. My hands were clenched on the table and I was profusely sweating and agonizing the entire time. Since my procedure, I've had to go to Urgent Cares and the Emergency Room as I've continued to experience pain.
I did not want to use telemedicine with a non HIPAA compliant software. Which is everyone's right. Harris berated me for not wanting to use a non HIPAA compliant software to be seen via video conference. I already had an apointment to go in person but Harris only wanted to see me teleconference. But I wasn't told this until 50 minutes before my apointment. Harris told me I should see a different doctor when i refused to use teleconference and hung up the phone phone on me. When the doctor entered the room he had a young boy and girl with him. He never explained why or asked if I objected to them being there. He eventually performed a genital exam and a prostate exam in full view of the two observers. At the end he gave me a piece of paper to take to the checkout window so I can make two future appointments. The woman there said someone will call me. That appointment was in August and it is now April and I'm still waiting for the phone call.
