This is the worst medical experience I have ever had. The receptionist was very pleasant. It was all downhill from there I was brought into the exam room by a nurse who was pleasant and professional. Once she left all I could hear was a nurse screaming at an elderly gentleman. He was confused I think and instead of having any patience or professionalism she kept screaming at him to reiterate what she was trying to get him to understand.
