My son was suffering from fungal infection in his private part of body that we saw Dr. O’Connor which only took a couple of minutes, no bedside manner, no caring heart at all. We’ll never see him again. He is NOT a physician, an elderly old man sitting in the office, not performing what he was supposed to do. He should refund his practice fee cuz we did NOT get any medical service. Not recommended!

I called and twice someone picked up and hang up before I even say hello. Why answer then?

Called for an appointment for a sensitive topic. Sam answered the phone and insisted I give private information to get the appointment. No, Sam is not a care provider. No, he should not have access to my medical information. I explained who referred me and that I was happy to give my insurance info. It went downhill quickly from there. Good luck getting an appointment without divulging your medical history to whomever answers the phone. How unprofessional in a place in most need of caring and professionalism.

This communication of this office is terrible. The doctors often barely communicate any information during and after an examination. It can feel like pulling teeth just to get basic information. It can be upwards of 4 to 6 months wait when you schedule a visit.
