Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this urologist use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this urologist use excessive foul language? No Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

I was nervous and anxious to be seeing an urologist since I have never been to one before. The front desk associates are old lady's that are extremely rude and look like the kind of lady's you would see in a bowling alley early in the morning. The elderly medical assistant that took my blood pressure and temp stunk like cigarettes and again did not try to make me feel confortable. When Dr. Wong came in he was extremely rushed and had to odasity of dictating his diagnosis right in front of me ! overall this was a horrible exp... read more

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this urologist's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this urologist give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this urologist's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously
