Team member, Jocelyn, went above and beyond to help me. Outstanding effort to help me.
From the moment J. Porter walked into the room I felt like being squeezed into his clinic appointment for the pain that I was experiencing was an inconvenience. The real pain to me was being brushed off as another practitioners problem. I did not feel heard or taken care of, just ignored. If this is how a new patient is treated in their time of need I can only imagine the horrors one has to endure if they don’t advocate for themselves or have someone on their side. This is not an experience I want to go through again.
Dr Jake Porter is highly recommended, I get my annual exams completed each year, Dr Porter and his staff do an excellent job with minimal wait time, overall i was in and out in less then an hour. Test results come back very quickly and I like their health portal.
