Wonderful staff, DR French was super friendly, and made me feel incredibly comfortable
Please go else where. Receptionists especially the check in ladies are so rude and gossipy. They love to talk to you like you’re stupid. The doctors are so quick to jump to “cancer” and scare you without giving any other information. My husband spent $250 for no information. We left more confused than we were when we walked in. Waste of time, money and energy. There’s other places who will care about you unlike here. No bloodwork. Just sent us to a different place to get bloodwork started. From the moment J. Porter walked into the room I felt like being squeezed into his clinic appointment for the pain that I was experiencing was an inconvenience. The real pain to me was being brushed off as another practitioners problem. I did not feel heard or taken care of, just ignored. If this is how a new patient is treated in their time of need I can only imagine the horrors one has to endure if they don’t advocate for themselves or have someone on their side. This is not an experience I want to go through again.
