My appointment was at 11:00 with Dr Fairbanks on Thursday March 20, 2025. I filled in long winding forms on line. I was told to register by 10:30 which I did. Nurse took me in at 11:10. The doctor did not show up till 12:00 despite my reminding twice. He spent about 20 minutes with me in which he was interrupted once. The experience was most exasperating and aggravating, making me lose my cool. They took two urine samples and have not got back to me with the results so far.
This is far one of the best Clincs and the best Dr. And office manager. I have never had a more caring group. I could feel the sweet spirit of God there. Absolutely the most amazing staff and doctor. Thank you for your kindness and concern. We look forward to working with you.
