Their business systems and processes are very poor! The Doctors and staff seem competent and well meaning enough BUT their systems and processes make the experience difficult. Clearly not designed for the patient experience! Even the “on hold” experience is unpleasant forcing you to listen to an unending loop of information NO ONE CARES ABOUT!! Y’all should consider a customer focus group and or a process consultant! NOT ROCKET SCIENCE
This is the most horrible clinic I have been to. Waited almost 2 months for an appointment. I get there and they wont allow me to email my blood work over or print it. There was a older man that was 20 mins late and they cancelled his appointment and would not work him back in. Then proceeded to tell my and others that my Dr was running hours behind and expected me to wait. I demanded a refund and provided a small piece of my mind on customer service and kindness toward others. Insert cuss words here. Never will I be back.
Had post-op appt to remove a painful stent in kidney from very large kidney stone Stent has been in for 5 weeks and 5 days upon checking in I was told dr is in surgery and can’t see me and to wait another 3 days. They should have absolutely called me to reschedule! The staff were not concerned about this. Stay away
Dr. Bailey and his staff are top notch. Treatment is always personable and friendly. Excellent bedside manner. Scheduling is never a problem, and a reminder call is always made the day prior.
