Horrible service. I received 1 call for a referral this Tuesday and they spoke to the doctor I work for bc I was at work and with patients. Got another call this morning and I again had a patient in my hands and they asked me to call back when I have 15 minutes just to call after 10 Minutes to argue for 30 minutes about me having NOT having a referral and their reps not being able to get a hold of me. If their medical care is anything like their customers service, then they don’t know what they are doing
