I've been going to Dr Gary Lemack for 10 years due to a spinal cord injury and have been quite pleased with his care and his staff. He has office hours available on both the Dallas campus and the Frisco building which is convenient. My only caveat is that it takes a long time to get into the clinic. UTSW needs more providers like Dr Lemack.
Was told by Dr Parikh and a member of her team several times that a procedure that she claims to do quite frequently was going to cost 4-5k cash pay. When I get the quote, it’s almost 12 thousand dollars. How are you that out of touch with what your fees are? The doctor even misquoted her personal fee by over a thousand dollars. How do you not know what your OWN FEE IS? Then these people have the AUDACITY to insinuate I should be grateful it wasn’t 20k and that I was actually given a discount. Horrible service. I received 1 call for a referral this Tuesday and they spoke to the doctor I work for bc I was at work and with patients. Got another call this morning and I again had a patient in my hands and they asked me to call back when I have 15 minutes just to call after 10 Minutes to argue for 30 minutes about me having NOT having a referral and their reps not being able to get a hold of me. If their medical care is anything like their customers service, then they don’t know what they are doing
Wouldn’t allow anyone I love go anywhere else. It’s unreal that some of these reviews are about parking? I’d gladly pay for parking in order to receive this quality of care! #1 in the state of Texas & #25 worldwide speaks for its self.
