I had a cystocopy done today by Dr.Heirtz. She was very kind, professional and informative!! Procedure went very quickly!
I wish i could give zero star. Dr. Heritz’s receptionist definitely needs a course in patient service, very terrible person most unprofessional group I’ve ever seen. She let the patient suffer in severe pain she never listen to me cut my phone in between all the time. I asked her to request doctor to send pain medication prescription(which i had before already) to my pharmacy. Every time i talked to her she was rude to me said no she can’t talk to doctor, not helpful at all. I highly dont recommend this clinic.
Dr. Heritz has saved my life twice now. Once during an emergency middle of the night operation after a severe trip and fall accident resulting in a crushed bladder and a second time when she suggested I have my first ever PSA test at the age of 67 which turned out to be stage 3 Prostate cancer. Without her suggestion I would never have known I had cancer probably until it was too late! Dr. Heritz has always been there when I needed her for which I will eternally remain grateful! Thank you, Kenneth Smith
My father is over 70 years old, and this doctor and her receptionist had been nothing but rude to him from the very beginning. Lack of communication, lack of care and plain rude. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
