Good doctor but always have to wait - even though I had booked an appointment 2 months ago!
My mother was treated very rudely and disrespectfully by the receptionist. Very unpleasant experience because of the receptionist. The doctor was nice, but because of the mistreatment by the receptionist my mother refused to go back.
Dr Heritz is one of the most knowledgeable professional doctors I’ve ever been to. She diagnosed my condition within minutes after I was given the runaround for 9 months by other doctors. I highly recommend her.
Dr Heritz input a catheter in for me and everything went smoothly. Fine physician!
