doctor was very nice but receptionist literally yelled at my mom when she asked her a simple question after getting surgery.
Terrible experience at the hospital. She has no empathy for the patien or there family
Terrible place. The receptionist is super rude, unhelpful and needs basic training on communication with patients . She is beyond unprofessional and insensitive. Highly don’t recommend anyone going. The wait time is outrageous, 2+ hours to see the doctor, only for a 5 minute talk and me leaving with no idea what is going on with me. These people are insensitive and extremely rude. This is a reoccurring scenario. They don’t care about you at all. Highly recommend you to find a new doctor.
Dr,Heritz love her ,the staff is incredible im so blessed to have been able to get a referal and i had the surgery the next month it was the its nothing to be scared of she is no joke she is the real deal
I had a cystocopy done today by Dr.Heirtz. She was very kind, professional and informative!! Procedure went very quickly!
