I'm happy to say that things have apparently changed here, based on previous reviews. Had a vasectomy done, and both the staff and Doctor were incredible. They were kind, took their time to make sure I was comfortable, the procedure was simple and relatively painless, and I'd be happy referring friends and family to them. Dr. Heckler was awesome, can't say enough good things about her and her team.
Terrible clinic. The doctor ordered a test for me and the lab was supposed to send me a package with the test kit. After three weeks of waiting, I called the clinic. At first they could not find what the doctor prescribed for me, then they wrote that they would contact the lab and keep me informed. Since then I haven't heard anything from them. Two and a half months have passed... Don't waste your time with this clinic

I will NEVER return to this place for care. Referred here by ER Doctor: Rudest staff I have ever encountered. If you are ever referred here for diagnostic eval please love and respect yourself enough to seek a second referral elsewhere.
I would not recommend Vancoucer Clinics urology department. I have seen 3 providers over the past couple years, and still have no support in determining a cause of my issues. Their focus is a surgical lens, and when that’s not your course of treatment, they’re of little help. When the dr herself discretely suggests finding opinions outside of Van Clinic, I think that says enough.
