My son sees all of his doctors at Mott's. I was VERY intimidated by the hospital during our first visit, before I made the decision to have his car done there. But I eventually decided it was the right place and I'm SOOOOOOOO glad I did! He's 2yrs old and has had over 100 appointments. In those 100 appointments, I can only think of 2 people that were not outstanding, kind, caring, helpful and talented individuals. The nurses are WONDERFUL in the urology clinic! I love them! Horrible front desk ! Rude , with zero compassion I will never go back here Super disappointed in what U Of M is turning into with patient care and consideration for the people . I have never been so mad in my life , from the disrespectful comments to the rolling eyes, I was beside myself I even lost my own patience with this front desk. I work with three doctors myself, and have never seen anything like this.
