Tbis place is ridiculous! There's no privacy behind the curtains, I'll add a pic because the curtains are barely hanging on! From the time I got there it was complete chaos and took over 7 hrs to be processed and treated! My name was written down on a list that any and everyone could see, I was overlooked and others seen before me that came in after me. Brought my daughter to Wellstar Douglas this evening. This hospital was like a prison with security entrance, security guard and taking pictures of the people with the patient. This was the main priority rather than finding out what was wrong with the patient. They had my daughter write her name on a sign in sheet and sit down. Nobody asked what was wrong or why she was there. This place has really gotten bad. Did not stay to be seen. I took my daughter elsewhere to receive proper care. What is going on Wellstar? My Mom had a severe asthma attack is what the doctors told me and my family and she was put on the ventilator and in icu. At first I didn’t know if I wanted my Mom here or not because of the rep it has.
