I believe Dr Biase to be a good man & Doctor. However I his staff is less than stellar which brings down Dr Biase’s benefits or value a a dependable & reliable physician. His Nurse & Office Manager do little to help him see his patients me being one of them. After attempting to gain an appointment to revisit Sr Biase, they combined to block me from gaining an appointment to follow up a previous appointment. I was very pleased with Dr. Biasi, his bed side manner and caring attitude made me feel at ease. He’s knowledgeable and very understanding. His nurse Mary Ann was a pleasure to work with and made me feel comfortable, since it was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and professional. They definitely all deserve 5 stars. .
Dr Biase is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He makes you feel like you are his most important patient. He is absolutely the B-E-S-T!!!
Dr is great but staff is very nasty and rude sit and watch how people are treated
I met Dr. Biase in October, 2023…I moved 2 months later, 65 miles away. I “commute” to still see him. It’s that simple! Also, when I need a refill or a question answered, I usually get a response within 24 hours, or later the SAME day…(no, I’m not related to anyone in this office—yet)!
