5 stars are not enough for Dr Biase. If you need a Urologist, he is the best. He is Old and New school; hands on, takes your calls, text and replies himself. Is through in his research and questions to find your problem solutions. His assistants are like him: through, helpful and considerate. Expect a short wait (filling out forms ahead of time helps) a busy office, courteous staff, and he takes you into his office to discuss all questions. The best,I was a patient for many years, My insurance changed however, i'm thankful For Dr Baise he helped me trough my crisis, I hope if you're ever in need of a urologist he's the one , he is comforting caring Professional, he is forever my friend 🧡
I believe Dr Biase to be a good man & Doctor. However I his staff is less than stellar which brings down Dr Biase’s benefits or value a a dependable & reliable physician. His Nurse & Office Manager do little to help him see his patients me being one of them. After attempting to gain an appointment to revisit Sr Biase, they combined to block me from gaining an appointment to follow up a previous appointment. I was very pleased with Dr. Biasi, his bed side manner and caring attitude made me feel at ease. He’s knowledgeable and very understanding. His nurse Mary Ann was a pleasure to work with and made me feel comfortable, since it was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and professional. They definitely all deserve 5 stars. .
