I was a new patient at Urology Center of Winter Park as a referral from my primary care physician due to a rapidly rising PSA level. All my lab work had already been completed and verified. This should have been an easy review and request of a Prostate MRI at SimonMed. However, that MRI had to be cancelled after being scheduled three different times over a three week period because the office and the ARNP Moyette Graham could not be bothered to complete the necessary office notes and send them on to the Lab and insurance.
