Danielle is the best She is through and very helpful. I know I will get the best care from her! However, the MA that I saw to take my urine was less to be desired. Not at all friendly. I felt like I was an imposition to her. If she was just having a bad day, she really shouldn’t bring it to work.. Otherwise, UA is great.
I live in Galveston I drove to Austin stayed in a hotel so I can make my 830 meeting the next morning to the office. No doctors nobody there to take care of me. The receptionist said sorry you want to reschedule so I drove back to Galveston. Not very happy. If I miss appointment without notification, I still have to pay. Does this mean you’ll reimburse me for my hotel and drive time.
