He performed Aqua Libation surgery on me nearly 2 years ago. Before surgery I was not able to pee at all. I had to wear a catheter for nearly 3 months. After surgery I can now pee normally and have no side effects. He was very careful to do preliminary tests to help show that surgery will highly likely fix the problem. I recommend him for anyone experiencing prostate problems.
Dr. Cuellar is a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. He takes the extra time with his patients.
Unbelievable, after setting the appointment months ahead, they failed to contact me to let me know the doctor was even going to be there. Wasted my time driving there and caused other scheduling problems for that day.
