I received several treatments that involve caths at this location this year. Nurses were rushed, rough, flippant and inexperienced doing catheters. They often skipped important steps. I continually had to ask for lubricant or lidocaine. Each cath at this location was painful and I felt I was not respected when it came to my privacy/dignity. Bad vibes & experience with this place. Dr. didn't seem to care if the nurse didn't numb me with lidocaine prior to dilating. He told me it was too late and took out the stent. Meanwhile making me feel like if I was in so much pain we will have to do this under general anesthesia. No thanks, not again.
I would not go anywhere else.
I am personally oppose to u of m facilities but in this case I lucked out with what seems so far to be a very knowledgeable doctor and I don't know about everyone else but my wait time was minimal with an early appointment. Only good u of m review by the way everyone so that says something.
