One of the most important drs I have ever had in my life and the doctor office has always given me the best care and the best treatment
Staff was arrogant and had a impersonal approach to their "customer care." The scheduler actually asked me "do you know your social security number?" Dr. Duncan never did a physical exam on me, he sat in a chair on the other side for the room, Never took my temperature, never asked me about my past issues. Dr. Duncan had already made the determination to put me in the OR and an indefinite catheter at the age of 39 and still peeing 3 times a day..... A bull in a china shop with no focus on his patients or quality of care.
Dr. Bearden is amazing. He sits, listens and shows he cares! He doesn't rush in and out. Treats you with care and compassion rather than a number on a chart!
