Dr. Higgins takes the time to explain all aspects of test results and answers all of my questions with care. It has been a pleasant experience each time I have an appointment. The staff is exceptionally polite and friendly, never leaving me waiting on them for care. Scheduling a test or another appointment is always quick and easy! Overall, I will recommend Dr. Higgins and his staff to friends and family! Thank you for this opportunity to share my opinion!
All the people involved with my surgery were very professional, direct and thorough in their explanations, courteous, empathetic, and competent. The medical care was high quality and the facilities, procedures and systems in place were efficient and effective. The outcome of the surgery was satisfactory and I would recommend the doctors, nursing staff, other support staff, and the facilities to others in need of similar surgery. Thank you.
Very good experience was able to talk with Dr. Higgins he covered several areas answered all questions that I ask in my opinion he is very competent Dr glad to be one of his patients

The nurse who was scheduling that day requested (on the recording that I was transferred to) that I leave a voice mail with description of my problems. She got back to me within the hour and then set me up with an appointment that same morning. When I arrived at the office, I was treated very kindly by the receptionist, I saw the nurse within 5 minutes and immediately got a sample of urine to be tested.
