Dr. Pointe is always very patient, communicates meticulously and is truly compassionate. Explains treatment options clearly and with empathy. Always pleasantly surprised.
The appointment with Dr Ridder was excellent. It’s the post appointment follow up that is lacking. We discussed treatment options and agreed on an approach. My issue is there has been no follow up scheduling for the next steps in my treatment. This is not the first time this behavior has occurred. A patient needs feedback.
Dr Point is always thorough in explaining his thoughts and plan moving forward. He listens and answers all my questions in a polite and professional way.
