Worst doctor's office I've ever seen Dr Mitchell doesn't seem to care about his patients and at least bit his front end staff here are wretched always consistently late to appointments doesn't care about the patient stay far away from this place
the most unprofessional medical staff in Ma. The biggest issue I had was treating with medicines before a proper diagnosis. the lack of compassion that runs a muck is deplorable. I would rather die from bladder cancer then go back to this group the left hand does not work well with the right
This place is very non professional,,,stay clear of them! Worst run around in the world when dealing with medications. Don't know how they remain open?
Worst experience ever. Gave me a course of antibiotics and said would follow up with a phone call, never did. I left two messages a month apart in patient gateway, no response. I finally called again and they gave me an appointment, only to cancel on day of. They also called me right before they went to lunch (12-12:30) when office would be closed. Tried calling at 1:30, office is still closed. STAY AWAY from this place, especially if you are worried about cancer. I honestly cannot even believe this place exists and is part ... read more
