Terrible urology clinic service. This office needs an efficient management. I was scheduled for a nurse visit at 9 am and went 30 mins prior to appointment. I’ve waited until about 8:50 AM until receptionist acknowledged me but then told me appointment was canceled. There was no prior notice or phone call, no cancellation or message in the app. Wasted my day and prep due to inefficiency.

My wife had a 10AM appointment to simply provide a urine sample. She left after 11:30AM, never seeing a nurse. In addition, my wife had to take charge of this, ask the front desk for a container, and go outside to the adjoining rest room and come back in with her sample,. I don't care what kind a "new system" the front desk personnel have to deal with or what kind of patient load the office has. Nobody should wait almost 2 hours just to provide a simple sample and then take matters into their own hands as in this case. As fo... read more

Avoid at all cost. 2023 The office is clinically negligent and I have had to fight and beg for treatment and accountability or communication every step of the way.
