Overall 10/10. Nurses and staff were great to be around and took my awkward jokes (from obvious anxiety) very well, lol. Went in for a quick procedure (about 20 minutes and I was out). Again, staff is great and incredibly personable. Somewhat disappointed they didn't do an enlargement procedure as a courtesy, but you win some, ya lose some lol.
