First impression, the administrative staff could use some work on their phone etiquette. First phone call was a bit brash, and I haven't even made it to the first appointment. Hopefully the doctors will make up for what the admin staff is lacking.
Drs brush you off. Don’t go, try to get referred to south bend or Mishawaka. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced the Dr wouldn’t listen to what I had to say.
Was not helpful when making payment arrangements. Also stated they would just send it to collections without even trying to make a lower payment arrangement.
