They pack you in a tiny waiting room like sardines and make you wait a hour minimum. One lady said she'd been waiting for 3 hours. Oh and it's also a balmy 80 degrees in here. This whole office pretty much is NOT wheelchair friendly at all but wait! It gets worse! When you finally do get called back and relieved of your hour, or longer, group sauna packed shoulder to shoulder with sweaty strangers, the rooms are tiny, hall ways narrow, no hand rails in the bathroom.
