If you don’t want a call back, from your doctor or staff- this is the perfect place. After each test, my spouse had done- we were told the doctor would us...... no call! We had to request a call- front office staff is rude and short....( ie: charla) Doctor was not prepared prior to visit, spent most of the appt, trying to find my husband’s last scans 🤦♀️🤦♀️

I saw Dr.Reddy for an emergency lithotripsy and stent placement. Also saw him for removal of stent. Barely spoke 3 sentences to me total. When I called with complications while the stent was in and after removal, calls were not returned and when I did speak to a nurse at the clinic (Julie), they were dismissive and rude and didn't believe what I was telling them.
