This office in Muncie let my mother go 5 days without her antibiotics. Told her she was full of bacteria n would send prescription right then...it's Saturday morning my mom's still in pain still no antibiotics wasn't worth waiting 2 months to get I'm. No wonder there moving to Anderson IU doesn't want them
My husband waited two months for an initial appointment with Dr. Ulrich. We arrived, were escorted to a room, and waited. A PA/NP came in and said Dr. Ulrich had to do a biopsy and we said fine, a biopsy is important. She said the doctor sent her to take notes about my husband's issue. We had a pleasant conversation, but she was not knowledgeable and our questions went unanswered. Okay, we will ask the doctor when he arrives.
