I had no problem with him. He took care of my problem and that is why I went to see him. I cant remember anything about his bedside manner but that is irrelevant. He fixed my problem which is far more important!
I wish I could give zero stars! This guy shouldn’t be a Dr. I waited 3 months to see him. I go in and in the first 5 min of the appointment he says he doesn’t know what is wrong with me. The things we did know he showed no concern for. I pressed him further and he told me I was welcome to find another urologist. I literally learned nothing from this guy. I ended up having to cancel my insurance and cash pay another urologist just get help.
very good doctor, the employees are nice.
Very limited on his explanations. Why?....... Just do as I say! Horrible bedside manner and holier than thou attitude!
Dr. Jain is a great physician. He takes his time during the examination, explains everything clearly and makes sure all questions are answered. Before the surgical procedure he made me feel at ease and again took his time to answer any questions. More importantly he has steady hands and all went well.
Dr. Jain is a very poor listener who lacks empathy when dealing with sensitive issues and communicating effectively with his patients. He has faulty bedside manner. Additionally, he becomes defensive and agitated when confronted regarding his lack of concern. He is in ineffective in communicating postoperation instructions, assumes the patient is knowledgeable and places responsibility on the patient. Lastly, he is inaccessible after surgery should there be complications or excessive pain.
I've been in his office several times and he ignored my complaints. Even when I had pain. He said to me this is nothing. So I had to go ER and they found strong infection.
