Update: on my bladder They stopped helping me Because I don't have insurance. Which I understand but the way the Doctor told me the last day. He said that they were going to give me a call On how much the procedure was going to be Which I never did get a call back I would have respected more the Doctor as a man if he told me straight up. We can't do much due to insurance But lying to me and telling me that he was going to call me back 2. In 2021,I was assigned to Dr. Beniwal when referred by my primary. Front desk ppl for check-in were very sweet and professional :) I imagine Dr. Beniwal is an excellent doctor but his bedside manner is nill :( The exam room floor looked messy because the floor looks like treated concrete and had stains by the sink area. But the main reason I gave a 1 star is because the bathroom sink for his exam rooms did not have warm water. Made a mistake on the requested lab! So now I have to pay another deductible .. disappointing. Also if you have a phone call it’s consider to be a doctors visit and I felt rushed with the time I had; didn’t feel comfortable asking all the questions… I mean it’s my Private parts and the dr was not open to talking because of the mess up on the lab work that I wasn’t informed about.
