Wonderful staff and providers. They are always so kind. Get you in fast in you are in pain and take care of you. The staff always are willing to help you and listen to you. The providers are some of the best I have ever had the experience of being cared by. I am blessed to have found such kind/caring people.
Go to anyone else besides Dr. Riley he won't help you
Very efficient. On time with minimal wait.
Would not answer the phone or multiple messages in a timely manner. Waited 3 weeks for a reply, totally unacceptable from a drs office that I have been going to for 15 years. Would not respond to the pharmacy after multiple faxes for a prescription. My conditioned worsened with out my medication that they said needed 6 month blood work when it used to be yearly. Failed to fax bloodwork paperwork to UPMC for days, and had to wait over an hour after finally calling multiple times and then going through the billing office optio... read more
