Wow!! This is not a caring place. If you need a specialist to care about you, don't even bother with this one. They do not care. They only care for your money. They do not care if you are in pain. They are very unprofessional. What a horrible experience 😞
Lack of communication delays care. Three weeks of no one being available to speak and no call backs. This is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this office as I wouldn't want anyone else treated this way
I tried getting in with Dr Richardson for kidney stone pain, but since it had been over 3 yrs since I last had a stone and saw him, was told I needed a referral. This was on Tuesday.... I was able to get a referral Thursday and a local NP ordered a stat CT scan that I had done on Friday. It showed a 5mm stone in right ureter. I called Dr Richardsons office, spoke with Mindy RN. The misleading website should be updated. For infertility we were referred to a urologist and Mercy’s website literally has “infertility” listed as something they treat. I called and they said they don’t treat anything infertility related, despite our referral being sent to Cox Urology for the same thing.
