The staff are friendly and Dr. Kassahun he wasn’t as friendly when I first met him, but I was hoping to learn more about his background and his culture, so I did some research on google, there was a story about his personal history, I was very impressed by what I read, he isn’t just a doctor, he also was in a army and he took care of so many patients in his life time. I am so blessed to have him as my doctor, at the end I am glad I didn’t switch to another doctor. I am grateful to get to know him more today at my appointment... read more

My husband was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma and referred to Dr Kassahun who performed a very difficult surgery removing the mass and saving my husband's kidney. He took the time to explain the procedure, answer any questions and made sure we were comfortable in the decision we were making. He was very kind and reassuring. Thank you Dr Kassahun for all your efforts in helping us.

“The doctor was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. However, I was disappointed with the front desk experience. The receptionist was noticeably rude and gave unnecessary attitude, which made the visit start off on the wrong foot. This is not the way patients should be treated, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope this can be addressed, because the medical care itself was outstanding.”

Awesome frontline staff, I was met with the most courteous office ever, hello’s, good mornings, etc. from lobby to Exam room. Clean office. Con: They could have a softer tissue in the restrooms, but that’s not personal. Pro’s: again , I don’t like the reason that I need them, but I’m grateful that this office is in business. Mainly, the experts treating my illness are top notch. I Highly recommend. Peace
