Awesome frontline staff, I was met with the most courteous office ever, hello’s, good mornings, etc. from lobby to Exam room. Clean office. Con: They could have a softer tissue in the restrooms, but that’s not personal. Pro’s: again , I don’t like the reason that I need them, but I’m grateful that this office is in business. Mainly, the experts treating my illness are top notch. I Highly recommend. Peace
Every time I go to this office I find great service. The front desk staff is wonderful and ready to assist you. My last visit was yesterday with Liz at check in. First, I was behind for my appointment because I missed the exit in Charleston, second I forgot my mask and she kindly found one for me and also helped to fix an issue with my referral to see doctor Lanette R. The next medical assistant who assisted taking my vitals was very polite and friendly (female African American). Easy access to their office because they are ... read more
