I used USI as my DME supplier. They are so responsive unlike other companies. Every single employee I encountered was patient and kind. They have catheters on site so if you live local, you can pickup. I will use them for all my catheter needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are truly a blessing!

Divante came to my house and was able to help me tremendously. What a blessing he was. Very professional, friendly and explained everything I need to do and how USI works with service on a on call basis. Assured me he would check with me the next day. I wish I had known about USI sooner, which likely saved me from another ER visit. Thanks USI

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to USI! My urologist sent an order over to them and they reached out to me the next day to let me know they don’t accept my insurance, however they still came and dropped off enough supplies to get me through until they can figure out what supplier is covered through my insurance. They didn’t ask for one single penny and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so sweet and compassionate.
