We had been trying for 4 months to get a Purewick from Liberator Medical. Finally gave up and called USI. Chelsea answered the phone. WOW!!! What great customer service! She worked with me and my doctor - DIRECTLY. We had our Purewick on our porch in 13 days!!! We just wish we had called USI first. We are looking forward to a long and happy future - with them supplying our wicks!
I used USI as my DME supplier. They are so responsive unlike other companies. Every single employee I encountered was patient and kind. They have catheters on site so if you live local, you can pickup. I will use them for all my catheter needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are truly a blessing!

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to USI! My urologist sent an order over to them and they reached out to me the next day to let me know they don’t accept my insurance, however they still came and dropped off enough supplies to get me through until they can figure out what supplier is covered through my insurance.
