They are the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with in the need for medical items You call and call but they send out the product at their leisure I guess medical need is not understandable to them until they need medical tools to stay healthy at an old age I filed a complaint with Medicare to stop fraudulent practices and keeping me unhealthy DONT USE THEM

I searched high and low for a Medicare approved provider that handled all the details and made things happen. USI met the call. Once contacted and the necessary documentation from the PCP was sent to them they haven't missed a beat. On time shipments and great communication.
