Extremely unprofessional environment. The staff takes advantage of their roles and makes patients uncomfortable in a vulnerable setting.
After getting referred to Dr. Brian Inouye from my primary urologist. Dr Inouye was such a professional with how he handled me as a patient and as a man. With my procedure he walked me through my options step-by-step, made me understand and feel comfortable. After my procedure was successfully over, he would personally call me on my check up days to make sure I will be in. As a male you will get an embarrassing feeling but Dr Inouye canceled that feeling for me. Thank you
I had a procedure performed in the Clifton Park office on a Tuesday. Two days later, on a Friday, I developed troubling pains. I called the office at 9:30 am. I didn't receive a call back message until Monday at 11:30 am. By that time I was lucky enough to have been seen by my primary care physician. The Urological Institute called me back on Tuesday morning...claiming they called me Friday...no voice mail...I checked my call ID and they did NOT call me Friday...falsifying records and no call back for 3 days.
