Extremely unprofessional environment. The staff takes advantage of their roles and makes patients uncomfortable in a vulnerable setting.
After getting referred to Dr. Brian Inouye from my primary urologist. Dr Inouye was such a professional with how he handled me as a patient and as a man. With my procedure he walked me through my options step-by-step, made me understand and feel comfortable. After my procedure was successfully over, he would personally call me on my check up days to make sure I will be in. As a male you will get an embarrassing feeling but Dr Inouye canceled that feeling for me. Thank you
